All A100 products are made to order specifically for each customer.

For this reason, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size ordered
• Incorrect colour selected
• Personal preference

Please check all sizing information carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@a100aman.com with your order number and photographs of the issue.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
